Areas explored include principles of managing, how to lead with the right influence, communications/collaboration strategies, problem solving tips, and ways to manage time during hectic periods. Those attending gain an improved understanding of how to build, recruit, retain, think outside the box, manage through change, and plan for what comes next for their institution.
