Timothy Galluzi

State Chief Information Officer, Office of the Chief Information Officer, Office of the Governor, State of Nevada

Timothy Galluzi was appointed administrator of the Enterprise Information Technology Services Division (EITS) in February 2021 and designated as the State Chief Information Officer in June 2022. Following the agency's transition from EITS to the Office of the Chief Information Officer in the Governor's Office, Timothy was reappointed State Chief Information Officer.
Timothy has been serving the State of Nevada since 2013 in various roles in information technology (IT) and leadership. He began with EITS in 2018 and has served as the project manager for the statewide Microsoft Office 365 implementation as well as the technology investment administrator in EITS Office of the Chief Information Officer. Prior to his tenure at EITS, Timothy held IT professional and programmer/analyst roles at the State Public Works Division and Western Nevada College, respectively. Timothy started his IT career by serving eight years in the United State Marine Corps filling roles as a telecommunications chief and Formal Schools instructor.
Timothy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in IT Management from Western Governors University. Timothy is a proud Marine Corps veteran and has worked to give back to his fellow veterans, volunteering to serve on former Governor Sandoval's Student Veterans Advisory Council, the Western Nevada College Veterans Resource Center, and the Disabled American Veterans, Carson City Chapter.

Chief Information Officer, Clark County, NV

Bob Leek is CIO for Clark County, Nevada. He has over 25 years of leadership experience, including almost 20 years in information technology disciplines. His servant leadership at Clark County supports public services including health, human services, justice systems, administrative and public safety programs achieving positive outcomes in diverse communities. He is accountable for internal service teams providing application technology solutions at the county. 
Before joining Clark County, Bob worked in county government for seven years and human and pet health care for the previous thirteen years. His experience includes leadership roles in retail operations, corporate financial reporting and decision support system development, sales, international operations, logistics management and bringing inclusion and equity to nurture the individual growth of his diverse staff in recruiting, supervision and retention activities. His previous teams include Multnomah County (Oregon), Kaiser Permanente, Banfield Pet Hospital and Egghead.com. 
Bob is proudest of his work planning and executing large-scale, transformational change in complex organizations. His personal tag line is: Leveraging technology and change management to improve outcomes in the communities we serve. Bob is a native of the Netherlands and received his BA degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Berry College in Rome, Georgia.

Managing Director and Chief Data Officer, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and Former NSA Senior Executive

Rachel Wilson is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and Chief Data Officer. Her team of security professionals is responsible for protecting all sensitive client data from any type of theft, loss or compromise. She also oversees the resilience of Wealth Management’s critical infrastructure and the continuity of core business processes at times of turbulence. Additionally, Rachel supervises the client fraud risk program, which institutes technical and business controls to help prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of client funds. As a senior subject matter expert, Rachel regularly advises Wealth Management leadership and clients on the cyber threat landscape and mitigation strategies.
From 2017-2020, Rachel served as the first-ever Head of Wealth Management Cybersecurity. In this role, Rachel advised senior business and technology leaders on a range of cybersecurity issues, including secure code development standards, secure network architecture, vendor relationships, advanced persistent threat (APT) detection and mobile security. Her team drove innovation for new cybersecurity and authentication technology in the pursuit of protecting the integrity and confidentiality of firm and client data. In 2019, Rachel was recognized by Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as part of the MAKERS Class, a program that honors women who serve as groundbreakers, innovators and advocates. She was also named one of the Top Women in WealthTech 2020 by ThinkAdvisor.
Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Rachel spent 15 years at the National Security Agency (NSA), where she held several key senior executive-level leadership positions. Between 2008 and 2010, she ran NSA’s counterterrorism operations and led a global enterprise in detecting and disrupting terrorist plotting against the U.S. and its allies. Between 2010 and 2012, Rachel served as NSA’s Chief of Operations in the U.K., working out of the U.S. Embassy in London. In this role, she worked with U.K. intelligence services to counter terrorist and cyber threats to the 2012 Olympics. Returning to the U.S. in 2012, Rachel spent nearly five years leading NSA’s cyber exploitation operations as the Deputy and then Chief of the Remote Operations Center within NSA’s Tailored Access Operations. In this capacity, she led the planning and execution of thousands of cyber exploitation operations against a wide array of foreign intelligence, military and cyber targets, and served as the committing official for many of NSA’s highest risk and most important intelligence gathering activities.

Administrator, Office of Cyber Defense Coordination, Office of the Chief Information Officer, State of Nevada

Adam Miller assumed the role of the Administrator for the Office of Cyber Defense Coordination for the State of Nevada on September 30, 2024. He is responsible for advising the Chief Information Officer on cyber threats and cyberattacks throughout the State of Nevada, as well as implementing Statewide cyber policy in conjunction with our State, Local, Tribal, and private sector partners. Adam’s role is to facilitate and work with all State partners in areas such as the sharing of cyber threat intelligence, formulating incident response plans, and building a statewide security operations center that supports a whole-of-state approach to cybersecurity.
Prior to his appointment as Administrator, Adam worked as a Senior Policy Advisor to the Principal Cyber Advisor to the Secretary of the Army. In that role, he was responsible for advising on all Congressional cyber matters, including issues of readiness, capabilities, and strategy. Previously, he was a legislative liaison at U.S. Cyber Command where he worked directly with Congress and U.S. Cyber Command senior leadership on any authorizations, appropriations, and policy changes effecting the Command. Prior to that, Adam spent almost a decade on Capitol Hill working for multiple U.S. Senators handling the national security policy portfolio.

Information Security & Compliance Manager, Las Vegas Valley Water District

Matthew Beatty is the Information Security & Compliance Manager for the Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD) and Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA). Matthew has been employed with LVVWD for 23 years. He was instrumental in the creation of a division within LVVWD dedicated to cybersecurity in 2016. He has managed the PCI-DSS compliance program since 2008 and is currently developing plans to align more closely with NIST CSF. Prior to his public sector employment, Matthew worked for Pacific Bell as an IT Project Manager. His earned his BS in Computer Science at California State University Hayward. Among the various information security certifications he has earned, he currently maintains his Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP), GIAC Systems and Network Auditor (GSNA), and GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) certifications.

Jeramie Brown is the CIO at Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) with more than ten years of experience as an Information Technology (IT) leader. He excels at working with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and is an ardent supporter of IT modernization efforts at all levels. Jeramie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science and a Master of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Assurance from the University of Maryland University College and is a lifetime member of the Phi Kappa Phi, Upsilon Pi Epsilon, and Alpha Sigma Lambda honor societies. Jeramie previously served as the Deputy CIO, IT Operations Manager, and Information Security Officer for NDOT, held a voting position on the State Information Security Committee, which sets Information Security Policy for the State of Nevada, serves as the Chair of the State Information Technology Advisory Board, and helped lead the charge to improve the State of Nevada’s IT Security future. Jeramie has 24 years of Air Force Public Affairs experience and 15 years of experience in various IT roles, including desktop support, network administration, system administration, and information assurance/security. He is also on the Board of Directors for the CyberSafeNV non-profit, which avidly supports ongoing information security awareness education for people of all ages and experience levels.

Specializing in SCADA, process control systems, cybersecurity, and data integration for water utilities for over 21 years, Brad has worked as an operational technology consultant, integrator, engineer, project manager and industry leader that is passionate about bringing people, processes, and technology together.

Bob Dehnhardt has over 35 years of professional experience in information technology, working in the private sector, and in federal and state government. He began in desktop support, and subsequently added server, network, and telephony support to his toolset. Since 2002, his focus has been in information security. Prior to serving as State Chief Information Security Officer in May 2017, he was an information security officer for the Nevada Division of Welfare and Supportive Services for four years, and both a manager and director of information security in the private sector for ten years. Bob oversees the Office of Information Security, chairs the State Information Security Committee, and is a member of the Nevada Resilient Advisory Committee and Cyber Security Task Force.

Darla Dodge has dedicated nearly 27 years to public service in the State of Nevada, consistently excelling in various managerial and leadership roles across business operations, finance, and strategic planning. In February 2022, she assumed a pivotal position within the State of Nevada’s Enterprise Information Technology Services Division. Her leadership proved instrumental in guiding the agency through its 2023 transition to the Governor's Office of the CIO, where she now serves as Senior Deputy CIO/COO. In this role, Darla provides comprehensive oversight and exceptional leadership, managing the agency’s daily operations, financial activities, and strategic initiatives. Her extensive experience and strong business acumen make her a critical asset in aligning the agency with its broader objectives, while also fostering the development of emerging leaders to advance the agency’s mission and success.
A distinguished alumna of Western Governors University, Darla holds a Master of Business Administration. Her educational achievements, coupled with her substantial professional experience, underscore her commitment to continuous growth and her expertise in managing the complexities of technology, operations, and strategic governance.

Chief Information Officer, Southern Nevada Health District

Jason Frame oversees and directs all aspects of the Information Technology program at the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD). Jason has more than 14 years of management experience in the fields of information technology, process improvement and innovation. He has been with SNHD for over 12 years, with the last 7+ serving in this current role. Jason is passionate about innovation, automation and disruptive technologies. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the SNHD team developed and released applications to automate and improve contact tracing efforts, Covid testing registration and lab accessioning, and finally Covid vaccination registration and management systems. These processes collectively saved over 200,000 man-hours of data entry through intelligent automation. Under Jason’s guidance, the team was awarded a Government Technology Innovation Award in the Citizen’s category. He was recognized as the Top Tech Exec for Government by Vegas Inc. Magazine in 2020 and 2016 and the 2020 Government Technology Innovation Award for Leadership.
Jason received his B.S. in Computer Science followed by a M.B.A. with an emphasis on Information Technology and Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
