This session defines accessibility, presents in practical terms why it is important, and offers ideas for creating a future in which accessibility is ubiquitous. Concurrent SessionsMoving Out of the Fog and into the CloudTofanelliToday, it’s tough to find an organization that doesn’t depend on the cloud for something crucial. The question is no longer whether to venture into the cloud, yes or no. Now it’s a matter of “How, what, when and where?”. Understanding and anticipating risks, limitations, scope and accountability are critical to success. This session explores the factors to consider before going “all in” (or even partway). Learn which decisions impact the business in which ways, and how to avoid making sacrifices for your always-on organization. Don Rush, Systems Engineer, Northern California, Zerto The Future is Workflow AutomationBeavisAround half of all government processes are paper-driven. But today’s citizens expect convenient, innovative ways to interact with their government to get the services they need. Plus, every process is constantly under the budget microscope, and it’s becoming more challenging to keep information secure. Outdated, paper-based processes may be complicating your ability to deliver services in the ways your citizens expect. Workflow automation can help manage documents and records in an entirely new way. We know that when you reduce paper, governments work better. This session will discuss where to begin.
